No offense at all, all feedback is good feedback. I'll have a look and let you know my thoughts without being defensive. Thanks for taking the time to post.

Have a good weekend.

I'm not trying to shoot holes in the training, we were all new at one time and I'm sure it was addressed by the instructors, but since you asked, 5:35 on the first video , 5:40 guy covering the principle just before the car pulls up. I don't know what the scenario was or the detail numbers but just what stood out to me if I was critiquing the guys in training. Like I said I'm a outsider looking in with no clue on how you guys train or the techniques you use. Just comparing what we train vs what I saw. Sorry if I offended , did not mean it that way just busting some balls a bit.

No offence taken, it certainly looks as you describe it and indeed it doesn't look good. The scenario was mid-way on the course and not the final exercise.

At this point, the students are lfocusing on when and how to "neutralize the threat" and in this scenario the #1 agent should have had the Principal under "control".

I will need to speak to our marketing folks about how this comes across, thanks for taking the time to input.
