No offence taken, it certainly looks as you describe it and indeed it doesn't look good. The scenario was mid-way on the course and not the final exercise.
At this point, the students are lfocusing on when and how to "neutralize the threat" and in this scenario the #1 agent should have had the Principal under "control".
I will need to speak to our marketing folks about how this comes across, thanks for taking the time to input.
