I was able to buy a bunch of 1/10 oz coins a few years ago before the price went over $1000 an ounce. This wasn't for investment but as a form of insurance.

I also agree that beans and bullets are going to be just as important which is why I invested in other precious metals, copper, lead and brass.

A good broker for the metals market, the one I use, is Goldline International. As with any investment please do your homework and research before laying down your money.

It does not really matter because of the 2012 apocalypse, magnetic poles will shift and in that transition period not protect us from solar flares. Nothing will be safe unless its at least 600' underground. Thats when the dragons of azeroth will be released on humanity to finish us off.
