Thanks ksleo, I'm proud of the work we do. The AK is a reliable platform, and if you build them right, they are good to go.

TDT1,
Samson has some quality looking accessories, thanks for the link man. I like the fact that they offer package deals.

You are welcome. They do have some nice gear, its all american made. I have their carbine rail and BUIS on one of our loaner AR's and they have held up great. I also like their field survivor. They are very LE and military friendly

I dig Ergo-grips... they have top notch customer service as well. Had an issue with a forward grip with a throw lever and they were more than happy to replace it no questions asked.

Thanks for the tips man, much appreciated.

The best AK you can get is the one you pull off the ,now inactive, active shooter that tried to level your local mall....or something similar.

I have a Romanian in my collection. Best thing I did to improve it was to weld 1/8" steel to the inside of the reciever in place of the sheetmetal to eliminate magazine wobble. I also put the 4 rail front end on it from UTG, light, laser and E-Otech512. Also tuned the trigger, handlapped the bore and finished it off with a 3 color camo epoxy finish. But Im a gunsmith by hobby.
