These are the firearms skills they list on the website:
Required Weapons Skills – Familiar with reloading or clearing malfunctions of either weapon system, familiar with sight-in procedures & adjustments of the carbine, able to shoot a 3 inch dot from 3 yards 5 times consecutively with the pistol, be able to sight-in the M4 within 5 volleys of 3 rounds.
I am regularly suprised by the lack of shooting skills from individuals looking to skip the advanced shooting training and move on to classes like HRSO. You sound like you meet the required skills.
I didn't rent my equipment. I loaded up my kit and flew out. Some of the guys did rent M9's and Glocks. You can call USTC Pro Shop to find out costs.

Do they really keep your $2,500 bucks and send you packing if you fail the weapon quals at the beginning of the course ?
