P90x yoga when you are beginning can be summed up in one word:
HELLACIOUS!!!!

If anyone here needs P90X, I can get it for approximately 300% cheaper than retail.
I've personally thought about trying it, but I grew up when Richard Simmons was on TV all the time and thanks to him, I'm kind of jaded about those kind of workout programs LOL!
Please post your review/progress on it if you get a chance.

I'm doing the latest standard version of P90x, that has three phases to it that change at certain intervals. I started with the intent to workout every day and there are days that I just cannot get the time and complete att the other tasks for the day.
The first week is hard to make it through, but like they say just keep pushing play and stick to the plan, it comes with a complete workout plan and diet plans. The key is to just eat right... and pay attention to your bodies needs.
The very first week I dropped 7 pounds, the only fat on me is just around the stomach and its not much..
Three times a week there is a core workout that is TUFF , its only 15 min, but you will feel it...
MY only problem with it , I just dont have the time to stick with the plan all the time , so I do it when time permits, between running and working out the people around me have noticed a change.
My run times are sticking around 42 min for a 5 mile and I have ran a 2 mile in 12.30...
I'm tryin to stick with it...as time permits..

ksleo Id like to take you up on that offer for 300% off P90x. I have a bootlegged version a friend gave me but it skips a lot and doesnt have all the videos with it. Hit me up on PM and tell me what I need to do to get it.
I do a generic version of P90 that I put together right before P90 was released. I call it my "caveman" workout. I have extras in it like sledgehammer routines barbell bearcrawls and sprint work, but its basically the same thing. My problem is diet. I work my ass off, but dont seem to lose the ass...lol.
I too just have a little pudge around the gut. No beer. And I eat a relatively clean diet. Cant seem to figure this out.
