Hey guys, remember the evolution process here. In most instances, a Judge evolves from the slimy netherworld of attorneys. Granted there are a few good lawyers who escaped the genetic defect birth pool and who move on to become good Judges. Every profession, yep even the people who wear white hats and badges, has "good guys" and "bad guys" in their ranks. Damn, if the world was perfect, we'd all be out of work wouldn't we?

Judges are simply Attorneys and Politicians, need I say more?

Never thought about it like that guys....Hmmmm.

Ive never lost in traffic court, but....I dont write everything I see either. The judge doesnt have to see me every other week with a stack of cases I have bestowed on him. I guess our legal system is only as strong as the weakest link...and that weak link is not always in the court room.
