BLB Enterprises in Houston. Not sure if he is taking on any more clients.

H and R block will screw it up. You need to go to a specialist. Like OpsBoss said, BLB is good to go. Also, Tidewater out of VA is good as well.

If you read the fine print, you will see that H&R BLOCK claims no responsibility for their work, regardless of what their advertising implies.

Ok.

I have had several inquiries about the tax guy I use. I wanted to make comms with him just to make sure he was taking new people. He is. And his firm continues to grow.

Now. Although I reside near this man, we do everything now via fax and mail. Makes things easier since I am constantly deployed anyway. So if you are not near NJ, don't fret.

Additionally, I make no guarantees that Rob can fix your shit. If you have not been living right, nor paying owed taxes, don't blame me or him when you have to write that big check.

What I can tell you is this. Rob is a hardworking and honest man. If there is a dime out there that the IRS owes you...he will find it. He has been taking care of me and mine for a number of years now. And because of me and a few others, he is a guru when it comes to EXPATS working overseas.

Good luck. And tell him Dave sent you 'round. He will give you personal service.

One other thing...if the man works for you...pay him. Don't be a dick.
