I'm going for FFL regardless but I wanted to see if this was real =)
From what I gathered it's not ANYONE without a greencard it's if you are ex-military and have skills from that military service that corresponds with something that the US military needs, if that was the case then you could sign up without a greencard. But again, all rumors, just thought I'd see what you guys have heard about it!
