Just wanted to get various opinions as to what would be the basics as far as training for protection work state side. What class or classes would be recommended to have before setting out and looking for work?

Before anyone should answer you,may I suggest you post an introduction and included in your introduction should be some information as to where you are from,what you've done,etc. I am getting the feeling you are new to this type of world.

+1 CD. nyrescue13, It is customary for new members to post an intro in the proper forum. Our members like to know a little about someone new before sharing info. Please beef up your profile a bit as well.
