The Aussies Have a Gentle Way of Describing Things

T. B. Bechtel, a City Councilor from Newcastle, Australia, was asked on a local live radio talk show just what he thought about the allegations of torture of suspected terrorists. His reply prompted his ejection from the studio, but to thunderous applause from the audience.


All he said was this:

"If hooking up one rag head terrorist prisoner's testicles to a car battery to get the truth out of the lying little camel shagger will save just one Australian life, then I have only three things to say: "Red is positive, black is negative and make sure his nuts are wet'."

Oh Yeah !!

That's the best thing I've heard all week.

God bless the man, or woman, who speaks their mind, for he, or she, is usually the one that is not trying to win friends and influence people but rather the one who is tyring to keep people from self-inflicting hurt due to their overly optimistic views on trying to make themselves and others feel good about their trepid inability to deal with reality.

I recall, vividly, the same sorts of reactions when G. Gordon Liddy and Benjamin Netenyahu spoke on the lecture circuit during the 1980's. Their views were wildly argued to the applause of conservatives and Republicans and to the disdain of liberals and Democrats.

I say, fuck political correctness: it's for the Clintons of the world. Go, T. B. Bechtel!

He should be honored for it!
