Anyone know of this company? Saw an advertisement for the company. They have an office in Seattle. Went to the Web site. Looks impressive. I am considering applying. Any thoughts?

It doesn't pay much but it will be good experience for you if you have none in the E.P. world .

+1 to JeffKarts comment..

DeBecker isnt known for the highest end wages..

but they have a good stable of people.. have a very good client list.. and is a good way to break into the business for most people..

Most of their work is centered in California, with a little more on the rest of the west coast.. and a very small presence in the DC area and a few other assorted places..

Thanks, gents. Another question(s) regarding that company. One was touched upon in another thread of similar subject. 1) they test for drug and nicotine use. I'm down with testing for drug-use. But nicotine? I'm trying to quit permanently; am a on-again, off-again smoker/chewer. Other than come clients don't like/want smokers -- probably good enough -- what's with not hiring people who test positive for nicotine use?

I spoke to them a couple of years ago. I got the impression that they are rabid anti smokers.
