Oddly enough, I went without my cholesterol medication while I was over there. When I came home, at my doctor's insistence, I had my blood drawn -- for the usual reasons. My cholesterol had actually dropped nearly 30 points! The doctor was almost speechless. Since I've been home, and back on the medication, my cholesterol has gone back up to it's near pre-deployment levels. There are a lot of factors involved, not the least of which is living with my wife and kids again Wink. Probably, though, it has more to do with my diet not being what it was before I came home. And, I was not working out as rigorously. Approximately two weeks ago, I began working out at or near overseas levels. Time will tell.
