Group;

Some group members know the detail I have been working on for the past 3 years. I don't want to put out to much info. I have a guy on the project who claims on his resume that he went to BW for training. Did not list any time frame or dates.

His skills are on the weak side, so I'm looking into it and really would like to get to the bottom of this and expose him and bring on guys that are up-front about the training and skills they have. Can anyone point me to a member of BW who can check this out for me? Any help on this would be great. Let's not tie up this topic with feedback. Just PM me someone who could vet this guy.

Strider here. First off, I can't believe you would be with a group that just hires someone outright without checking out the background and confirming someones info. If he's been with BW, seem's like it would be easy enough for the info. Seem's as if his skills are lacking-that he would have been booted anyway, and if not outright cut loose than sent to a lower sub-team or static assignment. If he's a "poser" then " H!WH*@&@&G@&G@HHBS" him. Hopefully you get the info you need.

The thing to remember is just about anyone can pay the cost of tuition and attend a training program or two at BW...

that is wholly different than attending their WPPS train up and/or working for them...

he probably isnt lying about taking a class.. The question to ask is which class, and in what capacity? Was it a pre-employment training event (no tuition, and set up as an assessment/selection type program to weed out the turds)? or was it a tuition based training event where anyone could attend after paying their money, and graduation has little to do with actual performance or capability?
