Post subject: Honduras?

Anybody in Honduras or visited recently? I'll be going to La Ceiba to visit a local this summer. Any travel tips are appreciated. Thanks

My boy comes and goes all the time, I will ask him. I know for sure this is the only country where you can bring your pistol and wear it. He train a Special Police Unit, and the former President Personal Protection Detail after his son got murder.

According to my friend Ceiba is pretty safe, sort of have that west palm beach feel, nice beaches, don't go out to the beach at night, not safe. If you go to Rotan island, there is good diving, becareful with the pirates. To take your handgun, you must travel in american airline, but you should call the airline for requisites, the native airline will try to steal your hangun if you don't bribe them, check anyways because he has not travelled there with a firearm in about two years. You must have the papers for that firearm, Anyways is up to you, Ceiba is safe enough. have fun
