To work, legally you would have to get a work permit from Philippine immigration. (On your own, this can be very difficult) To carry a firearm for CP work, you would have to go through a gauntlet of red tape. (a private citizen would have to show and prove death threats before he can have a firearm) But if your client is high up on the food chain, he can work some magic, speed things up and set everything up for you. As far as living in the Philippines, the cost of living allows me to have an 18 year old maid and a 17 year old babysitter living in my house, so far it's working out well for me.
