Colombian mercenaries receive
salaries of between $2,500 and $5,000 a month--less than half the
salary charged by their US counterparts
. - Do you know how many Burritios that will buy? shit, they are big pimpin' when they go back home.

Hmmm,it pisses me off that the companies are once again going after the the "cheapest" alternative, instead of hiring an American. Can't knock them for doing it,but still........another example of outsourcing??Not to knock our S.American brothers, don't get me wrong, but you get what you pay for??
I once replied to a "Help wanted" ad that specifically mentioned you had to be S.American and asked "Whats wrong with Americans?" No response.

Why buy a corvette if you're just going around the block at 15mph all the time? Expats still have jobs but if you want someone to ride a tower all day or night, how many expats honestly want to do that sort of work? Not many, it would seem, based on the conversations I've had with guys coming through our center on their way to the box.

Yeah, it's all profit driven, but the contracts allow TCN's so why wouldn't the companies use them?

1. Burritos are not Columbian food, it's Mexican.
2. The Columbians, Peruvians and Chilieans in Iraq do an excellent job.
