China, Russia, or India wouldn't be in bed with the Taliban. It's not in their interest.
Actually most of the money, training, and support to the Taliban is actually coming from The Gulf Arab countries. So call allies like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE. Then of course you have the Chechnyans and uzbeks that are participating and helping the Taliban. Now the Chechnyans and Uzbeks are well trained. They are former soviet republics with a majority muslim population that are being funded and supported again by Gulf arab money. And that of course is against the interest of Russia, China, and India.
