Post subject: Re: Child support increase

I had considered opening an account in London. I had heard you could "hide" the money there. My ex's attorney overstated my income to the court by about 6k per month. The only way I could overcome that was to prove how much I actually made. I tried stalling however it came down to either provide them with documention of income or let the court figure my child support based on what her attorney said I made. I provided the documents and it saved me about $1500 per month.

Best advice is to plan on the increase. I called my attorney and had them figure my new child support based on what I believe I will make. I will pay my ex very close to that amount without a court order and save the attorney fees.
