Uhm, I PERSONALLY haven't. But I have heard of that issue. Honestly I think if it leaks, someone just wasn't man enough to push down hard enough for the catheter to get in right. But, I may have just gotten lucky both times.

The issue I did kinda run into was the initial push of fluid was really slow at first. But once you get about 100cc's in it starts flowing a bit faster. That's the reaction I got when I used it both times.
