I'm not really trying to be an ass but I think too many people have talked about what they heard somone was making and now everyone is convinced it's true. The Dems don't like us, contractors, and most news stories are about high paid cowboy contractors making 800 to 1000 per day. We created this myth by telling everyone what we made back when there were jobs paying that high. Why is it anyones business what what we make? If you get a job the employer will have plenty of forms for you to sign and one of those forms will be about your payplan. Anyway just my two cents which I feel should be worth about $1,200 per day

1k a day is a lot of money......right up to the point where some son of a bitch squares his sights on you and trys to take your life.

I don't know of any security contractor making more than 700US per day any where. I could be wrong.
