I agree with Frank. I have personally seen the results he attained through training and supplement use.
Stinger, I would not use any NO product if your running. Reason being, NO products tighten your muscles which lead to injuries when you run. Also, yes there are better NO products than what your using. Try NO2, NOV, NOX2, Nitrix or Nitrox. There actually all the same, you just pay more for some.

Check out stabilized oxygen. It is mainly used as a water purification treatment but has garnered a lot of appreciation for helping folks become more efficient oxygen machines.
That, and learn to run from someone who really knows how to do it. THe art of breathing and running properly will make your distance performances much better.
Frank, I went from 270 to 235 in 90 days. The only supplements I had were MRE's and the Iraq heat. I think I need to go back.

We aren't training for the Olympics. The seeking advice from a running coach is great, only if you follow his advice. It won't involve supplements to get quick and be fast. If you are fat, lose weight, sensibly. If you were atheletic and lean in previous years and got soft, a couple of weeks of intense diet and training will bring you around.
For most people the only form of PT is what they learned in the military or high school. They go on from there.
We are not competiton athelites trying to edge out a 1/100 opponent on the 40.Practice "push aways" at the table. When seated at a table, you raise both palms high enough to engage the table's edge. This is your START position. One hand must always be firmly planted on the table's edge. You may use the other hand to bring food to your mouth. The exception is when cutting food, the hand at rest may be used to stabilize the food being cut. Once done, the hand must return to a palms against the table edge position. You can eat with one hand only.

Try it and see if you can really do it. If you need to use two hand then you must push away from the table and not eat.

I still do bodyweight excersize and take NO for that. Also, when you say "they're actually all the same," do you mean the list of NO supps you mentioned, or NO supps in general? Also, I tried running on Xceed, and I didn't feel like I was hurting myself, but I'll still play it safe and cut it out.
Damn, I read some ingredient lists for various NO supplements, and I want to kick myself for getting Xceed rather than NO-Xplode. BSN makes both NO-Xplode and Nitrix btw.
