I think part of what needed to be said about working out was said by hardknocks. I ran across a book by a guy who did nothing but calastenics (SP) with high reps and it was amazing. I forget his name however he was a bald guy with a gotee and his last name starts with an F. He is pretty popular and it should not be hard to find, when I was down in LA and had limited time and limited room I was able to do his Crown Royal in about 20 minutes and it was something else. A strange type of pushup with totally will drain you ( I can kill regular push ups but I was limited to 20 of this type and was smoked ) Back bridging ( I know it sounds stupid and I am not flexible either but over time they work your back very well.) and some simple squats, which after forty or fifty my legs are burning. Either way, if you are interested I can look into it more and find out more aobut it. I am going to get the book and he also has several others. The author is around 40 and in great shape, when I was doing the excersises a medic was watching me and got curious because he had been in a care accident and was limited on his working out. He does them still now because they dont hurt his back and ar enot tough on his joints.

This guy and the crossfit guy started it together, but had different ideas on the way they should go. Check out the vids, also the work outs posted.
