Wierd group, cultish almost. The workouts are good for a short time then you start hurting yourself due to lack of recuperation and rest time.

They all look pretty young, I think R&R only applies to old guys, funny you would be concerned with that. :P

Well, Id say it's a non-traditionalist way of training, but I would be liying. All of these exercises have been around for awhile. Most of your popular professional trainers courses teach this. I learned some of these six years ago when I was employed at a 24Hour Fitness gym. Their great for someone who has injuries, dislikes traditional methods or for someone who wants a break from "just weights" all the time. As an example, professional athletes, disabled folk, and the elderly would be candidates for these types of exercises. Not all of the exercises, but some. Don't get me wrong, anybody can use them and achieve gains. I know I did. I still use some of them. I use their stabilizer exercises mixed in with taditional weight training and Marine Corps PT.

I do agree with Hardknocks. Be careful when applying their methods. You will hurt; make sure you go at your pace.

Also, some of the "workouts" are nothing but a manufactured attempt to get other forum members to give some type of compliment.

If you don't have weights, push ups, sit ups, tricep dips from a chair, squat thrusts are free and you'll know quickly what you can do without hurting yourself.
