Question came up on another site, so I will throw it out here as well.
Will I finance any of the price?
Well I am not a bank, but would consider $30500 down and $1000 a month for 12 months for the right person.

Ok added it to the classified section with a link to the pics. It is under "other" as didn't see a tab for real estate. Is it Soapy time yet???? lol

Too bad ya have to move back to the US TX,but if you have to, Texas isn't a bad place to be  .Any luck selling yet? BTW how many sq. feet\meters is the unit? |

Yea born and raised in the Houston area and love Texas.
The condo is 36 sq. meters. It has also been posted in the classified section here with a link to the photos. It is still for sale with a few interested parties, but no commitments.

Just FYI for those interested:
Waiting till the end of the month before I list with realtor, so if I sell before might take a little less to save realtor fees.
